Holding & Taxation Period End

    I have shares that I bought through my old job's share purchase scheme, I don't plan on selling them now for obvious reasons.

    In my portfolio it gives me dates for "holding period end" and "taxation period end", what do they mean? What happens if I sell my shares after either period?
