Is a garden design needed for planning permission?

Or just a rough outline of the site?

Have a look at the plan, what are thoughts on size?

    Thanks for the replies

Not strictly required but you may have to show tough layout to comply with drainage, soak pot, attenuation or soft landscaping requirements as per your local authorities development plan.

Looking at your plan, what is the out building facing the 2 cars?
Looks too small to be a garage.
