Just wondering, does your Medical Card number always stay the same, or are you issued with a new one if your old card expires and you a re-newed card?

Will the new Medical Card have the same number as the previous one, just with a new expiry date, or will the new Medical Card have a new separate number also?

It'll just be the new expiry date. The number will remain the same.

    Hi it depends...

Sometimes cards are the same number and new expiry, but sometimes they give a new number randomly also, if you change GP or circumstances change sometimes they give you a new number, but it makes no difference really
