    Hi all,

    Just wondering where would be the best place to purchase the Mercedes emblem that fits on the front of the grill?

    I was parked up yesterday at the supermarket and when I came out the emblem was on the ground.

    I can';t find anywhere online that does them. Can anyone help?

    Thanks...do the main dealer usually stock those type of parts?

    Yes they will have them, price could be tasty though. Have you tried Ebay, should be plenty on that too?

    Couldn't be more than 100 euro surely. It's just the actual emblem, it's a bit of plastic.

    They definitely will. Call them, ask for the parts dept., give them the VIN number and they will quote you a price. The only 'gotcha' I can think of is that they want you to buy the whole grille!

    But they may not be as expensive as you think. I owned a 1998 C180 back in about 2002, some little fecker stole the Merc. badge from the bootlid but the replacement part didn't cost anything like what I was expecting, less than 20 I think.
