    Please explain this charge on my statement. I haven't used my card in the UK and I haven't used my card to order anything online from the UK. I also have an additional charge NEPOSCHGGBP for using the card online or in the UK.

    To query a transaction on your account you can send a request through Ask a Question in the Service Desk when logged on to www.365online.com. 

    If however you believe the transaction is fraud please call us as soon as possible on freephone 1800946764.
