Shower pump won't turn on

    Hi,
Shower pump wouldn't activate today, i checked the gauge and looks like it's losing pressure into the pump itself causing it to not turn over.

I opened up the valve in the hot press to increase the pressure but it seems to lose pressure straight away when turned off.
I then discovered water leaking from the boiler relief valve downstairs so can only assume that this is the issue the shower won't work.
Looks like a plumber job but is it a common issue? no expert in plumbing so probably not explaining it very well.

The issue happened last week as well but increasing the pressure resolved it but now it's losing so much pressure that it won't get to the point that the pump turns on.
