I work in the hospitality industry and received a letter this week to give me my notice of termination.

The business has been sold and will not be reopening (after being closed due to Covid-19 restrictions by the government).

It states in my letter of termination that my employment will terminate 4 weeks from the date of the letter. Seeing as the business is closed currently, how does notice work? Do they have to pay for notice or are we entitled to no notice seeing as the business is closed?
