    Try rephrasing the question, because right now it does not make much sense....

    Yes of course these types of funds can be set up in Ireland. Ireland is on of the big locations for such funds... but I suspect that is not what you are after...

    What are you after:
    - recommendations on a broker
    - suggestions of retail funds
    - something else
