Water Outage

    Hi, I just saw on your website that there is going to be a water outage in Saggart from the 26th to the 27th for repair works.

    I only found this after noticing that there was no water in my apartment.
    Daniel from IWC responded to me on twitter.

    Thank you for getting in touch and apologies for the inconvenience.

    Notice of works is posted on our website, twitter channel and sent to the relevant public representatives and radio stations. Vulnerable customers are contacted directly.

    Leak detection works will cause intermittent supply disruptions. If you are currently without water, then we recommend that you contact your building management company. If the ground floor is currently affected, please provide the below details via PM and we will look into this further.

    - Name;
    - Contact number;
    - Full address, including Eircode; and
    - If your neighbours are affected.
