Will bank of ireland be holding off on their proposed increases of 33% in fees for cash and cheque handling due in May considering we are in the middle of the worst crisis to hit mankind in over a century. Thanks

    Hi bizidea

Here’s a copy of my reply, there’s no link attached to it.

    Hi bizidea,

Sorry for the delay in getting an answer on this. Our focus is on supporting customers through the challenges presented by Covid-19 and we will now defer the implementation of changes to cash handling charges until later in the year.

    Thanks
    Tara
