A photo editor for Android devices?

I have taken a few photos on my Samsung Galaxy but they are too big to upload to boards.ie. Can anyone recommend a basic free photo editor so that I can reduce their size? Thanks

Snapseed is excellent, feature packed and Google owned (no ads). In the app settings itself, you can set the maximum Image Sizing (1366px or 1920px should be plenty) for when you Save or Export your image.
