We here at Bank of Ireland understand that this is a difficult and challenging time for many of our customers and we have a range of measures in place to help our personal and business customers during this time. We are monitoring COVID19 very closely and the safety of our staff and customers is a priority at all times.

For information and updates as they are available please see the attached link https://www.bankofireland.com/coronavirus-update/

We would like to assure our customers that Mortgage payment breaks and flexible arrangements are available for more information on this please see here.

In line with Government and HSE guidance to curtail COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, we have temporarily reduced the number of customer service representatives on site and our hours have changed to Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Like many businesses, our capacity has been affected but we are doing what we can to maintain the best possible service to you, our customers.

Due to the ever evolving situation, we’re making changes to our branches in the Republic of Ireland to focus on high demand services during COVID 19 ( from Tuesday 24th March). 161 branches nationwide will be open as normal. The majority ( 148) will provide a full service to customers. Please see here for the branches that will remain open.

We’ll continue to be here for you and work hard during these difficult times, but for the moment stay safe and take care of yourself and your families.
