I made a set of action screws up for my Sako 75 varmint rifle.

Get 6mm allen hex head bolts.
Put each in an electric drill.
Grind them down to the correct countersunk shape against a grinding wheel whilst turning them in the drill.

Or try getting a couple of countersunk 6mm hex head bolts

Cut to the correct length
