Retuning from UK and Jobseekers

My sister and her bf live in UK. His job is under threat and that means they'll have to leave as no other prospects there and they won't be able pay rent

They've been working in UK only for years. But my worry is with then returning they won't be entitled to Job seekers Allowance due to have been living in UK with the habitual residence

The only thing I can think of is my sister will get a letter confirming she's leaving her job, maybe ask the landlord for letter saying they are giving up their tendency and maybe close the bank accounts to prove they are returning home for good?

He might pick up work with a relation but don't know about her

    Any help appreciated

The British Government are going to pay up to 80% of wages up to £2500 per month for anyone who has lost their job through covid 19.
