I paid for a 2nd had A6 on the 13th of March with the promise that it would be delivered t Dublin last week, the dealer will not respond to my emails/s calls and I've just gone online to and their website says that they are closing for COVID19 from 5pm tomorrow. I'm based in Cork so didn't fancy the trip up there, plus I've young kids who need minding.

Anyone know what my options are for getting a refund as they don't look like they'll be able to deliver the car plus my worry is that they might go out of business with everything thats going on at the minute.

How did you pay for it? Was it by credit card or bank transfer? You might have some chance if it was by credit card.
