    1. How can I get the road outside my property reinstated following Irish Water works?

    2. How can I get a map of the sewage pipes in my estate?

    You can request ordinance supply maps from the planning department in your Local Authority.

    4. How do I register my details with Irish Water?

    Please contact 1850 448 448 to register your details. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 2pm.

    5. Can I turn off my water at the mains to complete internal works in my property?

    In order to turn off your supply from the public mains to your property, you can switch your supply off using the outside stop valve located in your meter box, when safe to do so.

    Once the works are complete you can turn back on your supply, as the outside stop valve is on publicly accessible land.
