Hi folks,

Have a quick query around plumbing. I recently switched my washing machine at home to Samsung Ecobubble. My apartment water pump stops working after the machine has run for 5 mins. I then have to reset the pump manually. Once I've reset it, there is no issue. Also, if the pump is already running, for ex. if any tap in the apartment is running for around 10 min while the washing machine is has been started, then the machine works fine.

Now, I'm not sure if the issue is with my pump or the washing machine? Or the water return valve?

Need some plumbing advise here.
