    Hi,
Looking for Irish SDR’s for the purposes of listening to pirate stations etc..
I know most have streams or whatever these days but not all, and wouldn’t mind getting the analogue feed

Online SDRs are few and far between in Ireland, and the ones I did check (some time back) weren't geared towards FM reception.

I don't think you will be missing that much anyways, it's not like old days when a ton of money would be spent on FM processing hardware. It's all done in software, so if done right there should be little difference between a processed stream and FM.

FM will have some warmth on an good dedicated tuner, but it will also have a little noise and "stereo hiss" depending on signal strength.

Only advantage would be if you are outside of coverage area and the station doesn't have a stream (or stream is unprocessed and poor).
