I can't catch them i wonder is their Anyway of tracking Dog owners? I have 2 smallish dogs running around the farm lately. Nobody in the area seems to know who they belong to or maybe the owners are being clever.
Its fair annoying to see them barking at freshly calved cows. I'd be slow to get someone to shoot them as one of them has a collar and both are like house dogs.

We had one dog roaming here and knew who owned it.
Called the dog warden who really didn’t want to come out and said to deal with it ourselves. That really annoyed me so I pushed the issue and he eventually did his job.

Dog has never been out again.

Can you get photos of the dogs? Plaster them on a local social media page or get your local small animal vet to have a look & see if they recognise them (or a poster up in the vets?)

I can't get near them and I'm too old to be running after them. I'm sure they must be owned by someone as they don't appear around the place until 10am.
I'm not the only one they are visiting, a neighbour was enquiring about them as-well.
It beggars belief that people would have dogs and have them roaming around the place

They are most likely being let out while the owners are at work. People think they will dirty the house or be bored left alone inside all day, but no problem with them running wild around everyone else's property.
