    Hi
    I was wondering if i could stop my card from certain purchases so they would decline before going through. 

    I want to stop my card from being used to get in app purchases on Google play.

    You can change the setting that would require a password in order to purchase.

    I know i have that enabled, i still want to completely stop it if possible.

    if you ring google  customer services they can black list your card I think

    In this instance we would recommend that you contact Google Play directly to ensure that your card details is removed from their systems so that no further payments can be processed to the card.
