Gold Radio - streams on Echo but not on Nest Hub

I have two devices an Echo and a Nest Hub. The Echo streams Gold Radio (London) no problem. I have two devices an Echo and a Nest Hub. The Echo streams Gold Radio (London) no problem.

When I try the same on the Nest Hub ("play gold radio" or "tunein gold radio"), the Nest proceeds to say it's "now streaming Gold London" but this is followed by an additional message saying "this station is not available in your country".

Both devices are set to Ireland as location. Any suggestions?
