Need to access Irish waters acount

Hi guys,

I need to access my irish water account but the system seems to be shut down.

I need to retrieve a bill from 2016 to demonstrate I was living here in that time to the immigration office.

Is the system down just temporarily? Or is there another way to see and retrieve the old bills?

Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delay.

We're not aware of any issues with our Online Account Management system at the moment. Would you mind advising on the errors you are receiving? If you have previously registered for MyWater, you should be able to log on to view your history.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to issue previous bills another way.

Hi Allanah,

I managed to access the account but its showing me my current address and account, before I had register with the same email another account number and WPRN, that is the one I need to access now to see the bills. 

When I selected that I forgot my username, the  system asked me for the account number and WPRN, I put the old ones from 2016 and the system sends an email to me with a link to log in, but when I log in, I have only access to my current address account, not the one I initially put to recover the username. 

Is there a way that I or you can access this old account? its seems its still linked to my email.
