TUI Refund date

My holiday to Thailand was cancelled 10 days ago and they said if a refund was perferred nothing was required my end. The refund was supposed to be paid in 3 days but still nothing.

Anyone else waiting on refunds and have you received it?

I would imagine it would be more than 7 days to process the hundreds of thousands of cancellations.

Sit tight for the moment.

I received my refund from tui within 3 days

They came back and offered a 40% discount on my next holiday if I opted for a credit note. I'm in no panic so I left the money there. I'll take the family another time when all this blows over.

The German government doesn't throw money away so they're obviously confident that TUI will return to profitability when this blows over.
