Anyone else having this problem today?

Also, when the app opens, it appears with Netflix 1 and Netflix 2 profiles. Never seen this before.

Have changed profile to english on iPhone, but it’s still in Spanish on iPad app.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    D.

Deleting Netflix app and reinstalling solved the problem.

This happened me and I discovered somebody in South America had hacked my account and set up 2 accounts on it.

First suspicion was raised when Netflix confirmed that they were increasing subscription.

Then all my Netflix mails started coming in Spanish with strange recommendations (lesbian soft porn, honestly :P).

Kicked them off, changed language and changed password. All good again.

Getting the same problem on my smart TV. I just assumed the young lad was messing around with settings. I still can’t change it back though. I may apologise to him

Thanks for the tip. Just changed my password, just in case.

What should my sub be for one device. I don’t recall receiving an email from them about it.

    Thanks.

I pay 7.99. it went up to 10.99. That was the first red flag. Thought it was Netflix trying it on. Just checked back there now. I got a mail to say the the Maturity Levels had been changed on my account, never copped anything but the clincher was the Spanish mails.

Netflix said that people hack accounts and sell them off to individuals.
The sign ins were crazy, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras to name some.

    I’m paying €11.99.

I wonder if I can do anything about that?

    Thanks.

Something similar has happened to me and I had my account hacked completely (was locked out and language was Farsi (sp?))- called Netflix and they sorted it in about 15 mins. That was last year and now someone in Malaysia or Philippines is trying to change the password on my account.
