BBC HD, ITV 234, C4, Horror gone from freevie

    I have a free to air sat box running wooshbuild. Some channels have stopped coming in. ITV 234, BBC HD, horror, C 4. Any advice please

    Retune the decoder. It often happens that channels vanish for no reason.

    Tried that, no good. Other channels remain like e4.

    No, bbc standard working, only hd channels and ITV horror Sony gone

    So it is not Freeview, but Satellite reception that is the problem?

    There is no logical reason why you would have E4 but not Channel 4 since they are on the same transponder.
    Maybe it's time to do a factory reset or reinstall of your image (you haven't given details of your box).

    Zgemma h2, wooshbuild 7, all FTA Cannels updating on nit scan but some won’t play. When I check for a signal there is none but yet when I check on e4 I have signal perfect

    My sister has one of these boxes. I found the channel 4, film 4, etc around channel 865 (or thereabouts.

    Sometimes when the signal is weak the sd channels will come through but the hd ones won't.

    Did you check that channels in the 800s? I think it was 865.

    Ok, so if I go into the tuner set up-say finder- signal finder there is no signal like it’s turned off. If I change the transponder frequency I can get the Chanel’s but it won’t store in The bouquets menu
