Long term outside car storage

My housemates '03 Yaris has an Oil light coming on intermittently. They've already purchased new car & have donated the Yaris to me.

My father has a transporter but it won't be ready until June & car will be need to be off our driveway here by August as it's rented accomodation.

It's been sitting up since December & I don't want it to devalue. One tyre is flat now & I put a cheap dehumidifier in the pax front seat but was horrified today to put my foot into a lovely stagnant pool of water in the rear pax seat wheel well. I can't see any evidence of a leak but the driverside rear stop lamp isn't fitting snug so I presume moisture must've entered here.

It looks like I'll need to store it long term outside. Anyone got any recommendations/hacks on how they've done so in the past?

I've learned from above it needs a cover!
