Sunday's Well area - What's it like to live (rent) there?

    Hi all

I have a couple of viewings lined up that happen to be in the Sunday's Well area.

How is the area in general?

For context, I presently live in the Shandon Area.

I've walked to & from Sunday's Well Road a couple of times and can see it's not very pedestrian friendly and also hilly. I couldn't immediately identify any shops or pubs etc off Sundays Well Road.

    Cheers.

It's a very attractive area but very poor for facilities. Longer walk to town that Shandon, too.

I lived there for years and never had any issues but I was in a small terrace hidden away.
Only complaints I heard of was cars getting damaged or broken into but I think that was usually at weekends.
