    Hi,

I am mulling over the idea of converting my attic space. I would be interested in people’s opinions regarding the dimensions and would it be practical as a room space? Would the rafters be too much of a hinderance?

For a proper room, you need 2.4m ceiling height.
Also what ever area you can achieve a height of 1500, half that area should be available at 2.4m.

You wont get anything other than a storage area in there.

Hi muckyprawn, just wondering if you went ahead with this?
