Online hypnobirthing course

    Hi all,
    Wondering if anyone has used the company Birthfit for any antenatal classes? I’m interested in their hypnobirthing and breastfeeding ones as they’re running online but I’m wondering if it’s worth the money? It’s €315 for hypnobirthing (I can claim most back on insurance). There’s also the positive birthing company who provide online pre recorded resources for about €40. Wondering if that would give the same effect or if there’s an advantage to doing it with an Irish company? It’s my second baby.
    If anyone has feedback I’d appreciate it!
