Ending of offers

    Hi there,

We are first time buyers who are buying a new build house but won't be completed until late in the year. We are currently weighing up our options mortgage wise and from research to date the green mortgage fixed rate of 2.6% coupled with the 3% cash back from Bank of Ireland is really appealing but it states that both of these offers will be ending on June 30th this year.

Is there any plan to extend these offers?

If not, if we were to get approved for a mortgage before this date but not draw down until later in the year would these offers still be applied or will they only apply if drawdown happens before June 30th?

    Kind regards,

    Coff66

    Hi coff66,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

To qualify for these offers the mortgage needs to be drawn down before 30th June 2020. We haven’t received any updates in relation to the offer being extended but we will let customers know if this changes.

If we can help with anything else or if you’d like to speak with one of our mortgage specialists, please let us know.

    Thanks
    Tara
