If you know your neighbours well enough could you text and ask one to print one off for you?

I don't know where you live OP but some politicians will print one out and post it to you.

    SF's Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire will

Only sharing that one as it popped up on my timeline I'm sure TDs from all parties will do the same.

Our CIC has left a pile of all the latest forms in the lobby. Ring your CIC, they’ll hand one out the door to you.
