might as well go for the S20 Ultra tbh.

seems a good bit cheaper in Germany

    https://www.hagglezon.com/en/s/Samsung%20s20%20plus

not sure if wanted a particular cpu model or not.

the non snapdragon one is cheaper it seems.

    Thanks.
Ultra is around 1300 euros. My budget is 900 euros.
In the link below it's 1000 euros.
Do you think price will drop by July?

999 euros is a lot less than £999 as you had originally linked.
    you hadn't said your budget.
with the way things are going in the world economy I'd be fairly sure that it would be less by July.

you can already get the Exynos version here for 760

    https://www.eglobalcentral.eu/catalogsearch/result/?cat=&q=s20%2B

I have used this site a few times and had no problems and always got a delivery in under 2 weeks (usually 10 days).

there are no customs issues with this site to clarify.

however some people have had delays in the past. usually on an item with low stock or very high demand. demand would not be so high given recent events I would have thought.

Wow this Exynos version is really a saver for me.

I read on Boards, some customers had to pay Duty charges from this website plus very poor customer service from them. However, this price is just astonishing!

Anyone bought this exynos s20+ from eglobal? Please provide your opinion.

Did a quick research on Google, Exynos are supposed to be considerably slower compared to Snapdragon. But I think Amazon versions are actually Exynos and going for 999 euros a piece!

have not heard of anyone paying duty tbh as the items come through Europe.

a delay could be possible.... I'm 3 for 3 on decent experiences but no guarantee.

there is definitely a "oh I don't want the exynos" thing with some people but day-to-day you would not notice much if any difference I would say.

doubt many/any have bought that particular phone on there but plenty have bought expensive items in the past there

    Ms

That's a lot of money to be spending on something that you use to text and make calls with. Thousands of people are losing or have lost there jobs and the world is heading a recession maybe even a depression. If I were you I would put off buying it until all this is over. Get yourself a Nokia 206 for 50 Euro. It will do all that you need a phone for. You might need the rest of the money for essentials and bills down the line.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

Does the package come through UK?

Thanks for the link, I read the range article last night. And conclusion is I am not going to see much difference between the two versions.

I don't think Ireland will ever offer the price which is on eglobal for Exynos version.

I am just reluctant about post-sales issues and warranty. They may say contact Samsung yourself and Samsung will say contact eglobal.

Thank you for sharing your opinion and it is highly appreciated.

I am already using S9+ but battery doesn't seem to last the whole day and therefore looking for an upgrade. I am hoping to sell current phone for 300 euros. So overall it would cost me only 450 euros if I decide to go through eglobal website.

Comes through Europe. Not necessarily UK

If you have a problem it will take longer to sort with eglobal compared to Amazon fire sure but i would argue that it is unlikely to have a major production fault with a modern phone

Theres no mention of 5G on that phones specs page.
Do all Exynos versions not have 5G or is this a specific lower spec'd model?

(If you want a s20+ this is still by far the best value deal I've seen)

Really bad rating for eGlobal on trustpilot.

    https://ie.trustpilot.com/review/eglobalcentral.eu

Saw an old thread on Boards also highlighting major deficits in terms of issues before and after the sales. Maybe that's how they manage to keep prices so low.

Glasso is lucky not to have any issues with them so far. So buy from them at your own risk.

as I said there have been delays. but 1,000's on boards have also bought from them. and obviously because of the prices.

you do have to consider that trustpilot is where you go to vent.

big old thread on boards here

Tried to order 2 phones eglobal over the years.

A Samsung Note 4 in 2014 right after it was released. I paid for it and heard nothing about it for a week. I followed up and they said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund which they gave me.

In 2017 I ordered an LG V20, got the dispatch email and tracking details. 2 weeks later it was stuck in France and never moved. Contacted eglobal who replied a couple of times saying something about stuck at customs then they stopped replying completely. Had to go through paypal for a refund which was an ordeal and I finally got my money back 4 months later.

In my experience it's safe enough to order from them in the sense that you will get your money back(eventually) if there is any issues. Also be aware whatever device you get isn't going to have any warranty in Europe as they are usually Hong Kong models. I just got unlucky, twice. Lots of people order from them no problem

    Thanks for the detailed information.

I have decided not to order from eglobal due to negative reviews and lack of customer service.

I will wait for a while until price drops down to 800 euros.
