Pressure problems in CH and HW

    Hi

If our CH system is pressurised to 1.5bar at flexicom sx18 boiler, and HW is set at 2bar at a citral expansion vessel (3bar, 10 bar max) and 18psi at Walrus tq400 we get water streaming from the shower head and whistling/groaning in bathroom and no noises in hot press housing the joule cylinder/tq400 pump.
The shower make/model is unknown, not sure if this has a pressure release valve.

Over time the CH loses pressure.
Over time we have whistling from shower.
When CH drops to 0.7 bar the shower dripping and whistling stops.

Its unclear why the CH affects the CH as they are separate systems.

The walrus pump eng unwilling to service pump and cited 3bar valve as issue- this was replaced and had no effect.

A plumber replaced the 3bar safety value connected to blue citral expansion vessel and replaced push fit valves in hot press-this stopped whistling frequency and introduced groaning in pipework.

Citral Expansion vessel is good, no liquid when releasing air from valve. repressurise to 2bar, this lead to streaming from shower increasing even with pump off. Expansion vessel pressure decreased to 18psi.

Shower valve hasn't been replaced but it stops passing when the pressure in CH system is low.

The system started this behaviour in March 2019 and despite multiple attempts to fix it the dripping from shower returns. The system is 4 yr old and had the walrus pump replaced in Dec 2018.

    Any ideas where to start?
