    Just love this judge.

Non nonsense, takes no BS but at same time sympathetic if you are honest and genuine. Hates shoplifters and bad driving.

Now if they also fined every media organisation for publishing photos taken by these fools, it would be great. (daily mail would be broke in a month! :D )

Was that the pic of the decapitated woman....

    The driver got off lightly

You wouldn’t say that if you knew why he comes down hard on motoring offences, he wasn’t always that public minded.

Taking pics of accidents is beyond stupid though.

What's his motive? I know nothing of him apart from him being only of the only ones actually sentencing motoring offences.

It has been said that he lost a child in a traffic accident.

He comes down hard on many areas - just motoring gets the headlines as its click bait.

How many would have clicked this post if it said "shoplifter fined €1,000"? - He gives regular shoplifters 11 months.

He also abhors violence of any form especially domestic violence, but is well able to see though those who tell lies and exaggerate.

He also does not take gardai on their word and has no problem telling gardai to show evidence of bullsh1t.

Basically if you are before him, be honest, be very very honest. And he will respect you.

Zaidan had the opportunity to ban a dangerous driver on a repeat offence - but as it was his last day in inishowen court and in the spirit of the day he let him off with a fine.

Driver then went on to kill 8 people, 7 of whom were in his Passat at the time.
