PRSI contributions

I recently applied to have an eye test covered under PRSI.
I got back the letter which shows my contributions for the relevant years 2018 and 2017.
Then there is a line in the letter that tells me what my total PRSI contributions paid is.

I'm wondering does this figure include 2019 and 2020 to date?
It seems lower in my mind, as if it doesn't in fact include them.

Is there any place on My GovID that shows PRSI paid to date?

    Finally, I'm just curious.
If someone gets a lump sum one off say bonus in one week or month are they walloped for PRSI as it isn't cumulative like tax?

    TIA.
