Alternative to Phonewatch

We have had a monitored alarm with Phonewatch for several years and it is due for renewal this month. I'm just wondering if there's any point in shopping around.

If we moved to a different company, would they need to install a whole new system, or would it be possible for them to use the sensors that are already there? If the latter, any recommendations please?

Just depends on the system you have installed if it can be taking over and switched to another monitoring station.
    What system have you installed?

You shouldn't need to replace, system can be put into any monitoring station.
You can request the engineer code off P.W. if you request a waiver form to do so.
