Windows 10 Professional seeing other computers in workgroup

A couple of Windows 10 Professional computers are unable to see other computers in a workgroup. The problem seems to have been caused by the removal of Homegroup. Has anyone found a solution or workaround?

Are these Win 10 PC's cannot see any PC's on network or just specific.
Can other PC's see these Win 10 computers

Check if network discovery is enabled on Win10 (per computer setting)
Check if network on these Win10 recognized as "private"
