AXA - outstanding balance?

Was looking to get a renewal quote for my insurance with AXA a bit early, as its 36 days away. Was a bit surprised to log on to find out they are looking for an outstanding balance of 1500 from me.

Paid my insurance of circa 2k up front last April. Got a small discount back for becoming a full licence holder. Anyone know why they'd be looking for 1500 extra 11 months later? Could it be an early renewal offer that doesn't come across clear on the site?

You need to ask them directly.

    It is a renewal.
I had the same on my Axa account before they sent out renewal.

Go on as a new customer or call them.

    Shop around.

Can confirm it will be your renewal price. Was same for me last week.
