    hi guys
    (mods, please feel free to move to a more relevent forum...!)
    several years ago I paid for a tag to use the swift gates for various tolls around Ireland.
    All went smoothly but the last few times I tried it the gates did not rise for me and I had to use the manual gates.
    I wanted to follow up with my supplier, but as its so long ago I cant recall who I first set this up with!
    I tried calling eFlow and Easytrip and they both say its not with them.
    The tag reader in my car is a "Melodhy" device.
    Im hoping someone on this forum might have some ideas about what firm I can call to follow up with!

    bank statement - there is no activity in regard to a toll, so its obviously inactive, but I want to know which is the original one so I get it started again....

    I found out who it is with, its with DirectRoute. The reason for no bank account is that I dont use it very much and it only makes a bedit when there is a certain amount of trips used and I still have credit left on the account.
    They are sending out a new yoke to me in the post.
