    Hi Folks,
I have designed a high performance IR spotter which possess many unique features not found on other spotters.
The design has been field tested and improved to the point that I'm very satisfied with the performance and will be offering these for sale if there is enough interest.
As a tester I am selling one over on Adverts to gauge the interest.
    https://www.adverts.ie/other-electronics/night-vision-spotter/19960912

    Key features are:
Two mode zoom lens, X3 zoom for wide angle spotting and x8 zoom for identification.

The lens is also a high IR transmission type with wide aperture and this contributes to the excellent performance.

The camera is a special low light sensitive type which provides high resolution and an excellent image.

The batteries are internal and provide for up to 6 hours of use (4 x 18650).

The LCD screen has an adjustable dimmer which can be dimmed down to zero if needed, this allows for reduced face glare and saves you own eyes from an overly bright screen.

The IR light has three modes (low, mid and high) and it's aim can be adjusted to align with the camera focal point. The IR torch lens is adjustable from wide or narrow beam.

The unit has a picatinny rail for mounting a Laser Range finder (not included) , this is my preferred setup, it works very well with the spotter.

It comes with wall wart charger, the unit has built in battery protection and charger circuit with red/Green charging stratus indicator.

And the main question- how far can you see?
The unit can illuminate to at least 400 yards and show eye shine.
Actual results on any given night depends on conditions, darkness, rain, mist and fog will definitely reduce range, but that's because IR reflects back and is the same with all IR units.

    Asking price is €300

    Thanks Tracker!

I have bought from trackerman one of his Nv spotters and have to say it's a serious piece of kit !!
I'm big in to my solo foxin at night and the ability to be able to scan fields before walking trough them is a big advantage and the nv spotter makes spotting foxes out to 200m and beyond no problem at all..
If your in the market for a quality spotter I'd highly recommend one of trackerman units.
Iv posted a picture of my buddies shed taken by my phone so it doesn't show the true image quality .the shed is over 200m away and with out doubt u would see any vermin tipping about!!
