I won't be partaking in the festivities.

But it's more to do with the absolute sh*tness of the parades rather than Coronavirus.

No, put then I never do.

Went in one year after the parade and it was total madness, wouldn't do it again.

No. But I'm playing a gig in Whelan's that evening. I'll be standing at the back of the stage I reckon. Will be driving in and will keep myself as distant as I can from other people.

Not a chance, BTBH, we’ve not bothered in about 15 years...

    I don't do parades!
I wonder could you do a coronavirus themed float tough?

Kids will be with their mother so won't be bothering although given the quality of last year's in Letterkenny we doubt if we'll be missing much.

Hopefully the ones I would have been roped in for will be cancelled.
If so, happy days. Or day.

Who actually goes out to gawp at these things?

Due back in from Milan early in the morning, hopefully have time to head in for the parade.

    No..
In fact I thought if anything should be cancelled.....then it would have been St Patrick's Day Parades.
Now I'm wondering why anything was cancelled in the first place!?

No. But nothing to do with Covid19.

Hell no. With or without kungflu risk. Most embarrassing day of the year, begorrah, to be sure to be sure. If it was banned forever, I would be delighted

A quiet drink in a quiet pub on Paddy's Day? You must be new here.

Keeping it traditional, I'll join the local wine and cider appreciation circle down behind the bandstand for a few scoops and a yap

No, that being said I never go. Hours of standing in the cold to see the tops of floats doesnt appeal to me. But the whole environment
of that day isn't my idea of a good day out
