Hi all, I bought my Samsung Galaxy 9+ and using it on Vodafone for over a year. I have noticed that there's no Android upgrade on my phone since beginning. It's still showing v8.0. Does any have this issue? Who will provide me the upgrade, is it Vodafone or Samsung itself? Thank you.

i assume you've clicked check update option.
s9plus should be on andriod 10 anyways. sammoblie shows theres an update firmware from last month at least.
could try resetting device to see is it a software issue or you know how to. update it yourself through odin
