Problem downloading statements

    Hi. When I try to download statements from my online account I get an error message "Failed - network error". I have tried in both MS Edge and Google Chrome.

    Thanks for getting in touch this morning.
     
    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty downloading your statements online. Would we be able to ask are the statements opening in a separate tab on the browser or are you using a 3rd party programme?
     
    You should be able to download these on Google Chrome by selecting "Print" and then the "Change..." button under "Destination" to "Save as PDF".
