H2S-ok button shuts down soundbar

    Hello.
    Set up Wooshbuild on a Zgemma H2S for my son but when he presses ok to select a channel on the Zgemma remote it shuts down his soundbar.
    If he presses ok again it brings the soundbar back on.
    Moving up/down through the channels doesn't affect the soundbar,just the OK button.
    I reset the TV and soundbar to factory settings but same result.
    TV and soundbar connected via optical cable.
    Any ideas lads?

    go to techkings, go to all builds, start a thread and prefix it wooshbuild then you should get the answer and a solution. say make and model of sounbar.

    Hi all,

    I am looking to re use my zgemma box. im new to all of this and I got the box already set up a few years ago. I messed around on line and was able to connect to the box over my wi fi (remote not working) and installed open atv6.2 if this was the right thing to do. I want to use it for free to air channels and with free iptv stuff if I can do so. I have currently no channels showing, my bout is showing version 28.2E dated 2018. What do I do please?
