    Tag Replacement Rate - Mullinahone v's Cormac

    Has the department published any infromation on this? Surely, we should have access to this.

    Afaik, they only publish the overall replacement rate rather than individual suppliers rates.

    It would be interesting to see as it would drive demand for stronger tags, the only loser would be poorer tags suppliers.

    Eurotags here, I reckon 20% needed 1 tag last year, is that a 10% or 20% replacement rate?:confused:

    Ring feeders are hard on tags though.

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    When the market was finally opened to competition the Comic published a table of statistics about the various suppliers regarding price etc.

    There was also a question for each supplier asking what was their replacement rate. They all published their average replacement rate apart from Mullinahone who refused to answer the question.

    The departmet knows the replacement rate of each company, so why not publish it?
