    Depends on the type of organisation.

    If possible go above them and make a formal complaint with whatever evidence you have, more evidence the better.

    It really depends on the company.

    If it's a multinational, you can have an informal chat with HR and get their advice on the best way to proceed.

    If it's a small company, you could try to talk to the owner or some other very senior person.

    You need to make sure you have real evidence which regular people will think is bullying and sexism. So document the things which have happened, and make note of any witnesses who were there.

    In many cases that is indeed good advice.

    However, monsters exist in the workplace and if left operate unchecked continue to go on and on pushing others about and being obnoxious pricks.

    It’s a harsh process and you’ll be surprised who lines up to support these people so enter the complaints process knowing it will be tough and you need a thick skin, but morally it’s the right thing to do.
