Cancelling Vodafone SIRO contract early

    Anyone have any advice re cancelling Vodafone Siro, had install done end November last, all went smooth, usual delay cancelling Eir etc. But was also
    due to have VOIP activated rather than PTSN line.

    Vodafone for some reason cant activate it or some other excuse it seems to change each time I call the support (foreign call centre- useless)

    with out my package being ported and commenced correctly I'm being overcharged. Last bill e234.49 - for a month.

    I think I've been patient enough, and basically told them they've two weeks to sort or I'm moving, which then I'm guessing they'll charge early termination ?

    Have I valid reason to terminate

    thanks in advance if any one has had similar or can offer some advice
