Hi. Is it possible to not be due any tax back for the last 4 years?? This year was the first year I have ever tried claim tax back for myself and my husband and I did it through Irish tax rebates. We got an email today saying we are entitled to no rebate. The only thing is they never asked us for any health receipts and I know I would be entitled to tax back for uniform as I am a care assistant, all my colleagues have got it.

I’m just surprised as I thought because we never claimed before that we’d get something. Now how do I go about claiming the tax back for medical expenses and uniform myself under the ROS system. I have all my receipts and statements from my GP and pharmacist.
