    my son cannot remember his online user id what is the easiest way to get this?

    Hi Aleoga,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

    If your son texts "User" to 50365, he will be sent his User ID if his mobile is registered.

    If you are unable to retrieve the User ID this way, our colleagues on the customer service desk will be happy to provide this for you. They are available on 0818365365 8am - midnight Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm Weekends and Bank Holidays.
