A car reversed into my parked car. Small dent on the wing. Parked in the bus parking space. Would I still be covered?

No idea but I always thought if you were parked in the middle of the M50 and someone did that it's still their fault

I hope you took their details so you can contact the other driver's insurer?
If in doubt, ring your own insurer, they will tell you what to do.

If it's not bad they may just pay, what did the other driver say, hate people that block bus bays.

Makes my job to getting passengers on or off much harder especially those that can't walk or have other special needs.

Bus stops are 24 hours and nobody other then a bus can use.

In 99% of cases, the moving car is liable, but Dangerous Parking is a 3 penalty point offence for a reason.

Stopping in the middle of the M50 (when not gridlocked) will get you a dangerous driving charge at best, and very likely killed.

Were the hazard warnings on? If they were, according to urban legend , the vehicle's invisible, so it can be parked anywhere.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

It was raining and car spaces were full and people used the bus lane. No buses at that time..

The spaces in the car park were full. It was lashing and people parked in the bus lane. The bus wasn't coming for another hour.

Bus lanes and bus stops being 24 hours when the bus service isn't running 24 hours doesn't make any sense.

Bus stops are 24hour. Some bus lanes are too.

A bus stop is exactly that a bus stop, not a taxi stop or rank, not to pull in to run shop or whatever it's for buses only.

Just to clarify, it is illegal to stop on any motorway.
The hard shoulder is only for breakdowns/emergencies.
If you do have to stop in an emergency or breakdown get out of the car and over the barrier while waiting for assistance.
